Every month CleanTurn conducts an intensive orientation and training session for our partnering nonprofit organizations. Individuals are hand selected from these sessions based on several criteria designed to provide opportunities for those motivated to make a difference. Select individuals undergo a thorough background check and interview process and if accepted they begin with a transitional job where they receive intense on-the-job soft skills training, coaching and regular performance reviews. Also during this time, CleanTurn provides training associated with our general cleaning services, demolition, deconstruction and OSHA safety awareness.
Staff who perform well are granted opportunities to work with our partnering companies looking for committed and hard working assistance. We then seek to place exceptional team members into apprenticeship opportunities with select companies that have robust and well organized apprenticeship training programs.
